Come this summer to develop your Spanish language skills and immerse yourself in local culture in the beautiful city of Sevilla, Spain.
Through intensive language study, homestays, and a variety of cultural activities and excursions, your summer study abroad Seville experience will allow you to come back ready to more advance level courses in your University in the US, at the same time that you enjoy a unique and exciting international experience.
WHAT IS YOUR PROGRAM?
- Spanish Intensive Language and Culture
The Spanish intensive courses give you a real chance to make solid and quick progress in both written and oral Spanish. In a group, maximum 10 students, you interact with your teacher and your colleagues in Spanish; practice the language with personal attention and pick up skills right from the first session
- 20 lessons of 50 mins
- Schedule: 9:15 to 13:00 (20 lessons) and 13:30 to 15:10 (30 lessons)
- 6 to 10 students per class,
- All levels.
- age 17 plus,
- Minimum 1 week

- Advanced Spanish
This course is designed for students who have had more than 4 semesters of university-level Spanish. The course focuses on written and oral expression of Spanish through compositions, oral reports and class discussions. Material for discussion includes literary texts as well as topics of general interest. Emphasis is on interactive language use, vocabulary expansion, and accuracy of expression. Conducted in Spanish.
- Dates: Students may enroll from 2 weeks onward May 8 2017- July 25, 2017.
One week of Intensive Language course is 20 class hours (50 minute classes) , and 3 weeks of intensive course usually amounts to 3 or 4 academic US credit hours.

During this program, you will have the opportunity to broaden your classroom education through many cultural anda activities and several organized excursions, which are included in the price of the program. We will visit sites of cultural importance including, but not limited to Cadiz, Granada, Cordoba, Lagos-Portugal, and Itálica. We will also help you organize your own travel if you decide to venture into other exciting destinations during your time in Spain.
